I have been to Spark for an interview before, and the interview session is set up reasonably. The interviewers on three sides are also quite good, talking a lot about the future, career planning and development prospects. Can feel the corporate culture of Spark. I don't think you should be nervous. If you relax naturally, you may play to your limit.
