According to relevant public information, the Education Law of the People's Republic of China is the fundamental law of China's education work and the fundamental law of governing education according to law. 1 March 19951 On the 8th, the Third Session of the Eighth National People's Congress passed the first revision according to the Decision on Amending Some Laws of the 10th Session of the 11th NPC Standing Committee on August 27th, 2009, and the second revision according to the Decision on Amending the Education Law of the People's Republic of China of the 18th Session of the 12th NPC Standing Committee on February 27th, 2006, according to the 13th NPC Standing Committee on April 29th, 2002/KLOC-0.
