In order to implement the policy of "opening wider to the outside world, standardizing running schools, managing according to law and promoting development" in the Regulations on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools in People's Republic of China (PRC) promulgated by the State Council, fully implement the measures taken by the Ministry of Education to strengthen the administrative supervision of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, and promote the construction of "two platforms" (establishing the supervision information platform for Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools and the certification platform for Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools) and "two mechanisms" (establishing the quality evaluation mechanism and the law enforcement punishment mechanism for Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools). Further standardize the management of Sino-foreign cooperative education, improve the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education, promote the healthy development of Sino-foreign cooperative education, and decide to organize the evaluation of Sino-foreign cooperative education.

Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools and projects with higher education above undergraduate level established and held with legal approval, and Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools and projects with higher education above undergraduate level overseas.

Evaluation nature

Conformity assessment. This standard is formulated in accordance with the Regulations on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools of the State Council, the Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools of the Ministry of Education and related documents.

3. Evaluation cycle

In principle, regular evaluation should be made according to the years of schooling and training approved by Chinese-foreign cooperative education.

4. Evaluation method

Take a combination of unit self-evaluation and field investigation and evaluation.

5. Evaluation results

The evaluation results are divided into three types: qualified, conditionally qualified and unqualified.

The evaluation results of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools will be announced to the public in an appropriate way according to the actual situation, subject to social supervision, and fed back to the running units to guide the improvement of running schools. The administrative department of education shall take corresponding measures according to the assessment and relevant laws and regulations. At the same time, through the evaluation, we can find the typical Chinese-foreign cooperative education with outstanding quality and effect, vigorously publicize and learn from the good experience in running schools, and promote the improvement of the quality of Chinese-foreign cooperative education.
