Quanzhou Huaguang Vocational College of Education was established in September, 20 18, with more than 80 full-time and part-time teachers and nearly 2,000 students. The college has a team of teachers with reasonable structure, dedication and rigorous scholarship. The College has set up a seminar for famous teachers, principals and preschool education experts in Fujian Province, invited well-known kindergarten principals in Quanzhou to be part-time teachers, and carried out the activities of "expert guidance and teacher practice". Through various activities such as pairing kindergarten principals with teachers in our school, pairing off-campus famous teachers with backbone teachers, the overall level of teachers in our school has been improved.

The college has a whole set of internship and training places inside and outside the school. Huaguang Kindergarten is not only the training base for students, but also has established close cooperative relations with 30 high-quality kindergartens, such as Quanzhou Kindergarten, Quanzhou Luojiang Kindergarten and Huaqiao University You Mei Kindergarten, and more than 10 primary schools, so as to meet the students' demand for quality education and internship.
