Guide the ideological and political work in primary and secondary schools and the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, coordinate and guide the ideological and moral construction of minors and the management of safety education in primary and secondary schools, and undertake the construction of teachers' morality.
(5) Department of Vocational Education and Adult Education.
