How to do a good job in training education
The primary school stage is the key period to implement formative education and cultivate students' various behavior habits. If we miss the critical period, we may get twice the result with half the effort, or even make up for it for life.

First of all, set an example.

Pupils are imaginative, active and lively, thinking mainly in concrete images, expressing emotions, impulsive, good at imitation, susceptible to hints and infections, strong plasticity and strong dependence. And their behavior independence and consciousness are relatively poor. When educating them, we can inspire them with intuitive and vivid examples. Setting an example is to influence the educated with noble ideas, exemplary behaviors and excellent performance education. Students in my class used to scribble their homework, and few people in the class could write it neatly. When handing out homework, I didn't directly criticize those students who didn't write well, but praised those students who wrote well in the class. I persisted for a while, and found that students who had written well before wrote better, and those who had written badly were much better than before. Inspired by the example, students unconsciously developed the habit of writing carefully.

Second, the creation of situational training

Situational edification means that educators consciously create an educational environment to edify the educated in morality and homesickness. In the formation of behavioral habits, situational edification can play a subtle role. The head teacher should consciously create a good educational situation in cultivating education, because primary school students are easily hinted by the situation. Because my classmates formed the bad habit of reading books in the morning and evening in the second grade, and they still don't want to read books at all in the third grade. In view of this situation, I brought all the team leaders to talk with some students who usually listen to the teacher's lectures, told them the importance of reading in the morning and evening, and asked them to play an exemplary role in reading in the morning and evening. Subsequently, under the lead demonstration of individual students and my urging, the whole class can actively study in the morning and evening, and there is a scene of reading aloud in the classroom. Even if the teacher is not in the classroom sometimes, students can read consciously.

Third, make use of collective education.

Bacon said: "A collective habit is more powerful than an individual habit, so if I have a good social environment with a good moral atmosphere, it is most conducive to cultivating good social citizens." Therefore, the head teacher should consciously cultivate students' class collective consciousness, cultivate class collective cohesion and centripetal force, and make students form the civilized habit of unity, friendship and mutual assistance. There is a girl in my class. Her father is lazy. He idles about all day and does nothing. Today, he cheats in this house, and tomorrow he cheats in that house. After a long time, people in the village ignored him, looked down on him and even looked down on his children. The students in the class looked down on the girl and isolated her. Seeing this situation, I repeatedly said to my classmates at the class meeting: "We study together because of fate, so we should cherish the rare opportunity. In a class group, we should care about each other, help each other, unite and be friendly, and never look down on anyone. If we develop this bad habit, it will not be good for our future growth and development. " After persisting in such educational work, the students gradually changed their attitude towards this girl, and they were able to take the initiative to care for and help her. Even the phenomenon of beating and swearing in class is rare.

Fourth, coordinate family and social education.

In cultivating education, schools should coordinate the educational forces of families and society, actively publicize the educational requirements of schools, strive for the understanding and cooperation of families and society in many aspects, make them all participate in the activities of cultivating students' good behavior habits, and reach a consensus with schools on the education and management of students. In particular, it is necessary to get the understanding, support and cooperation of parents, and ask parents to help their children change bad behaviors and develop good habits. Two of the students I taught last semester were very naughty; I don't listen attentively in class and never do my homework; I often fight with my classmates ... no matter how I educate them, they won't listen. In order to get rid of their bad behavior habits, I had to call their parents, reflect the situation to them and ask them to assist in education. With the help of their parents, the two students gradually got rid of the bad habit of being naughty and got satisfactory results in the final exam.

Fifth, strengthen practical exercise.

The simplest way to cultivate students' good habits is to combine training and education with real life, deepen students' understanding of moral knowledge in practice, make students' perceptual knowledge rise to rational knowledge, and then realize the leap from rational knowledge to practice, so as to achieve the purpose of practice. This is the ultimate goal of cultivating education. In order to make students form the habit of loving labor and showing filial respect to their parents, I ask students to help their parents do what they can at school and during holidays, and record their participation in the parliament with diaries or weekly notes. One of the students wrote in his weekly diary that he helped his parents peel sugarcane leaves on weekends. Because he is not skilled, peeling is slow and hard, he realizes how difficult it is for his parents to raise themselves, so he decides to study hard and get good grades in the future to repay his parents. Practice exercises enable students to understand the hardships of their parents, understand the truth of filial piety, and learn the skills of taking care of themselves.

Sixth, strengthen inspection and supervision.

Primary school students' self-control ability is relatively poor, and they need external constraints and adjustments in the process of developing behavior habits. Therefore, the younger you are, the more you need to check and supervise to prevent students from forming bad habits and correcting difficulties. Schools can improve the duty week inspection and class assessment system, supervise, inspect and record students' daily behavior, and urge students to develop good daily behavior from the side.

Educating students to be patient, careful and persistent can achieve good results and cultivate students' good behavior habits.
