The Opinions on Further Reducing Students' Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden in Compulsory Education stipulates that there are clear requirements for strengthening after-school service, such as ensuring service time and improving service quality, and requiring the end time of after-school service to be no earlier than the local normal off-duty time in principle; For students with special needs, schools should provide delayed custody services; Junior high schools can offer self-study classes on weekdays.
