(4) The certificate of withdrawal from college or above and the certificate of reimbursement for training fees submitted by the applicant,
(5) Proof of alimony reimbursement submitted by the non-immediate family members of the applicant who have not completed the service period;
(6) Proof that the applicant's unit agrees to study abroad at its own expense.
1. Applicants who study abroad at their own expense are all full-time college students, undergraduates, double-degree students, graduate students, master students and doctoral students.
2. Dropouts who have not completed college or above; College and undergraduate graduates, double-degree graduates, graduate students, master's and doctoral graduates, full-time and part-time adult college students and graduates at public expense.
3. If you need to study abroad at your own expense, you must complete the service period or repay the training fee according to the regulations, and apply to your unit six months in advance. Those who apply for studying abroad at their own expense, with the consent of your unit, will submit or mail the relevant materials to the local provincial education commission and higher education bureau for review.
