16. Student Development and Education Part III: Class Team Building
There are dozens of people in a class, and there is also a class teacher. The head teacher's work is tedious and stressful. He not only undertakes the teaching of the main subjects in the class, but also completes all kinds of affairs at the school level. Front-line class teachers often have such confusion: they feel that teaching is a sideline and have no time to think deeply and practice the problems of class construction and team building.

First, the class group competition mechanism

Shortly after entering the first grade, I took a seat in a group, and each group chose a team leader, who was mainly responsible for sending and receiving homework. At the same time, in class, the competition will be held in groups, with a basic score of 10. Groups that have made outstanding achievements in the course of a day's study and other affairs can get a five-pointed star, such as sitting up straight after the bell rings, speaking actively in class, being quietest when eating, and so on. Every day's results are copied to the scoreboard at the back of the classroom by the monitor on duty, and counted on Friday to judge the champion, runner-up and runner-up groups. The champion group won two thumbs-up badges, and the third place group won a thumbs-up badge.

Children in lower grades especially like to be praised and encouraged, and the competition mechanism among groups has stimulated the enthusiasm of some students. After a year of group competition, I found that each team leader can collect all his homework in time every morning, remind students who can't do well in time after the bell rings, and remind students who can't do their homework slowly after class. At the same time, I also found that some group leaders have poor self-discipline and sometimes talk to classmates next to them.

How to give full play to the leading role of the group leader, in addition to sending and receiving homework, can effectively lead our classmates to learn self-management, organize some team activities, and realize self-management as soon as possible? After reading the "New Basic Education Student Development and Education Guidance Outline", I began to build a team in my class.

Second, the class team building

(1) Self-registration

On April 4th, I shared the notice of the monitor election with the whole class. Many students are in high spirits, so I just want to go home and discuss it with my parents. We will run again after the Qingming holiday. As soon as this notice was announced, many children raised their small hands and shouted "I want to be" and "I want to be". They are always like this in the second grade, and what they think will be expressed immediately, which is true and simple. In fact, not everyone is suitable to be a monitor. Imagine, a person who can't even manage himself well, likes to make small moves in class and can't finish his homework consciously, can he be a monitor? I don't think it's appropriate, but they didn't care so much when they were in the second grade. He thinks he will raise his hand and will not consider his own conditions. Is his performance famous? Of course, we can't discourage children from wanting to be captains. We must give them positive encouragement. At the same time, some people usually perform well and have high demands on themselves. They don't like being captains, and everyone has their own ideas.

On April 8th, the first day after Tomb-Sweeping Day's holiday, 12 people signed up as the captain. I sent them the campaign form and asked them to fill it out with the help of their parents. After school, I sent a "group notice" to the class WeChat group to let the class parents know that the class is going to openly run for the monitor. The next day, all the children in 12 handed in the application form, and seven of them filled it out very carefully. I posted the campaign form of the captain of the children on the blackboard at the back of the classroom. I always see children stopping behind to watch after school. It seems that the children are full of expectation and concern for the captain's campaign.

(2) Open elections

April 1 1 is Wednesday, and the third class in the afternoon is a unified class in the whole school. Our class will openly run for monitor of our class. The registered 12 students gave speeches on stage respectively, briefly introducing what kind of children they are at ordinary times, and then explaining what they will do after running for captain. A few of them spoke very well. Shu Han said I would be more strict with myself. Liu Can said, if my classmates don't do well, I will remind them. Hao Dong said that I would take care of myself and remind my classmates. It's good that they can say these words in grade two. The students in the audience listened carefully, and after each student finished speaking, applause would be heard in the classroom. See say that finish, I saw sitting in the first row of easy quietly gave her a thumbs-up. I think this thumbs-up gesture will definitely generate power in Jia Jia's heart. Can ran back to his seat from the stage, from serious to smiling. She said she was nervous. Can is usually a courageous and careless girl, and she will still be nervous when she speaks on stage. It can be seen that everyone who spoke on the stage was very excited. This campaign mode is much more meaningful than the teacher's designation.

(3) The whole class voted

12 When the students came to the stage to give a speech, I asked them to stick the application form on the blackboard, and then gave everyone 10 seconds to let everyone know who they liked best as the captain first. Who is the most suitable captain? The whole class will vote according to the usual performance and on-site speeches of this 12 person. Everyone can choose two, just draw a five-pointed star in the "peer evaluation" column with a pencil. The children took to the stage to vote in groups.

Hao Dong, the boy with the highest vote rate, is the most conscious student in our class, with the best grades, outstanding self-demand and self-management ability. It seems that children have learned to observe, and they can observe their classmates' performance in daily life, and choose the outstanding classmates as the team leader. Let's look at the students with the lowest votes. One is a boy whose grades are relatively backward. He does his homework slowly and makes a lot of noise when the teacher is away. The other is a girl who loves reading but has a bad temper. She will lose her temper and get into trouble with her classmates. The other is an introverted girl who likes to be alone. From the children's voting, I found that everyone recognized the characteristics of the captain candidate: good study, good temper and kindness to others.

I combined the children's votes with the usual performance of these students and elected six captains. In the morning class the next day, I announced the list of the first captain in front of the whole class. Everyone agreed without objection. Congratulations to the students who were elected as the captain and encouragement to the children who were not elected, which shows that we still have some aspects that are not good enough, and we need to continue to work hard to become the captain in the third grade. Soon, I saw that those children who didn't succeed were all smiles.

(4) Group

After the captain decided, I adjusted the seats of the whole class. Let six captains choose their seats according to their height first, and then let the last 20% of the students in the class choose their captains first. Take the principle of two-way selection and fully respect the wishes of students. Other students are also two-way choices, during which I make appropriate arrangements to try to balance the number of boys and girls. Because the girls in our school are 10, we let the boys be equally assigned to each group. In this way, the location of the classroom is two large groups, each with three groups and eight students in the front and back, so that four groups are eight people and two groups are six people.

(5) Team culture

The captain has been appointed and the team has been roughly formed. Next is the construction of team culture. The children discussed the names of the teams in groups. Our class is a bee squadron, which means that everyone strives to be a hardworking little bee, study hard, exercise hard, work hard and study hard. I suggested that the students use flowers to name the team, and everyone quickly came up with the name of the team.

Next is the team-based competition mechanism, evaluation mechanism, follow-up team building and student discovery are the most important. How to give full play to the role of small teams, help class construction and help students develop is what we are constantly exploring and pursuing.
