Students who have not graduated from senior secondary education schools illegally participate in the college entrance examination, their scores in all subjects of the college entrance examination in that year will be cancelled, and they will be given the treatment that they are not allowed to sign up for the college entrance examination in that year.
If college students take the college entrance examination in violation of regulations, they will be disqualified from all subjects in the college entrance examination that year, and if they take the exam instead of others, participate in or organize the collective cheating in the exam, or cheat in communication, they will be expelled from the school in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Colleges and Universities.
For other social personnel who take the college entrance examination instead of others, their scores in all subjects of the college entrance examination in that year will be cancelled, and the admissions office of the autonomous region will inform their subordinate units or higher authorities of the illegal facts, and it is recommended to give disciplinary action or corresponding punishment.
The Admissions Office of the Autonomous Region objectively records the illegal facts of the college entrance examination in its electronic files of candidates, which is an important content of the integrity record of candidates.
82. All kinds of irregularities of examination staff in the examination shall be handled in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examination (DecreeNo. 10 of the Ministry of Education). 18).
Education system staff has one of the following acts, by the violator's unit or the competent department at a higher level to cancel the qualification of the examination staff, revoke their entrance examination positions, and give disciplinary sanctions such as transferring from their current jobs and expelling from public office; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated by judicial organs:
(1) practicing fraud or practicing favoritism in issuing and reviewing candidates' registration qualification certificates, certificates, physical examinations, files and other materials (including supporting materials required for policy extra points);
(two) instigating, organizing or participating in the organization of "college entrance examination immigration" activities, forging or illegally handling household registration transfer and middle school student status files for candidates;
(3) instigating, organizing or participating in organizing students who have not graduated from senior secondary education schools or personnel with higher education qualifications to take the college entrance examination, or instigating, organizing or participating in organizing group examinations to cheat;
(four) stealing or revealing the test questions, answers and scoring reference (including scoring rules) and answer sheets during the confidentiality period;
(5) Deliberately disturbing the order of test sites, examination rooms, marking places and admission places, threatening the personal safety of staff;
(6) Stealing or tampering with candidates' wishes, test scores and other relevant materials (including candidates' information recorded by computer) in the entrance examination, instigating, conniving, assisting or colluding with others to commit fraud;
(7) Bribery or extortion in the entrance examination; Or engages in malpractices for selfish ends, abuses his power, fails to enroll students according to the admission requirements, or recruits students who do not meet the admission standards without authorization, resulting in heavy losses in the enrollment work;
(eight) to participate in illegal enrollment activities of social intermediary institutions or individuals;
(nine) in any name and reason to collect fees linked to enrollment;
(10) Malicious attacks on the computer admission system, information system, related networks and equipment of provincial enrollment or college entrance examination during enrollment;
(1 1) Other acts that undermine the entrance examination.
Other social personnel who commit one of the above acts shall be recommended by their units or higher authorities to refer to this article.
83. The Ministry of Education or the Education Department of the autonomous region authorized by the Ministry of Education will, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, the Interim Measures for the Implementation of Administrative Punishment in Education, the Regulations on the Establishment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and the Interim Measures of the Ministry of Education on the Implementation of the Responsibility System for Enrollment in Colleges and Universities, violate the provisions of this regulation and seriously violate the enrollment integrity and disrupt the enrollment order. The person in charge of a school that enrolls students in serious violation of regulations will be held accountable for its leadership. Serious violations and treatment results should be informed or announced to the public through the media.
