Reggio Education Program is a set of innovative education and teaching theories, environmental design principles and curriculum organization methods developed by Maragucci.
Reggio's education plan is based on Dewey's progressive education theory, constructivism education theory and Flannery's cooperative education concept, which holds that children have "one hundred languages", emphasizes the role of children's activities, interests and experiences in children's development, conducts the plan teaching with children's needs as the guide, provides an open educational environment to promote children's active construction and learning, and advocates the process evaluation in the form of records.
