Because of giving, I am more determined and more convinced. I will soar to my heart's content under this sky. Below I will make a systematic summary of the success and shortcomings of this activity. Anything meaningful has its value. College students' participation in summer social practice is in response to the call of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to sharpen their will and exercise their ability in a difficult environment. This activity also has many places worth continuing to carry forward. First, Qi Xin made concerted efforts to build the foundation of activities. Every good activity needs careful preparation. As the first internship team in the local area, it should be carefully prepared. In the early preparation of the activity, it mainly includes activity planning, contacting the school, collecting money on June 1, seeking sponsorship, preparing teaching materials and so on. All the members of this team have always been United. In order to raise more books, in addition to raising money on campus, they are also actively looking for them outside the school. Finally, 1000 books and more than 800 clothes were raised. In the absence of any economic foundation, members also sought sponsorship everywhere, and finally laid the economic foundation for the event. The preparation process is a very important link, and it is the time to test the team cohesion and execution. For the smooth progress of the activity, Qi Xin, a member of the Seven New Eight, worked together and cooperated with each other to overcome one difficulty after another. Finally, he handed in a gratifying answer sheet and cheered for himself from the heart, which shows that our team has strong vitality and cohesion. Second, work hard and overcome all difficulties. When you come to a national poverty-stricken place, a strange environment and strangers, even the villagers can't understand what they are saying, so it is difficult to communicate with them. There is nothing wrong with all this. If you come, you will be safe. Nothing in the world is difficult for one who sets his mind to it. When I first arrived at the hotel, the toilet was empty without any shelter and needed to be repaired again. Everyone surrounded two toilets with newly bought opaque films. If there is no oil, salt and rice, go to the villagers to buy it. At least, the problem of life is solved in this way. Because the class time is from 10 a.m. to 5: 30 p.m., there is no lunch time on the way, so we have to eat two meals a day. After dinner at eight o'clock in the morning, we go to school by mountain road and arrive at school at least half an hour early every day. We didn't leave until all the students left in the afternoon. What is more difficult is the steep and rugged mountain road. Because several players don't live in mountainous areas, they have never walked such a steep mountain road. In case of flash floods, they have to make a detour. When the road collapses, you must open a new road. Our clothes are wet after we come home every day. Either sweat or rain wets our clothes. That's it, adventure, once a day. The humid air and lush trees in the south lead to many mosquitoes. This is in sharp contrast with the north. Because two female players from the north can't adapt to the water and soil here, plus mosquito bites, they are covered with red pimples and itchy, but they still endure the pain and finish every class every day. Two days before the activity, because we had never touched the podium, the students couldn't understand what they said. On the first day, several teammates were hoarse. All the students who come to our activities are Grade One and Grade Five, and there are eight teachers in five classes. The task of the course is very heavy, and two teammates have to inspect the local national education and culture after class, so each team member has basically no free time in a day. These are only the main difficulties in teaching activities. Due to lack of experience, it is common to encounter difficulties, but we are not intimidated by this series of difficulties, but constantly explore and overcome all difficulties. Third, do as the Romans do and consolidate the mass base. The purpose of teaching is to serve the masses, so we should mingle with the masses and understand their voices. At first, many people were just curious about us college students, and some even doubted us, thinking that we were showing off college students. In order to let them know our real purpose, we communicate with them with practical actions. First of all, I wrote a letter to each student's parents to inform them of the general situation of teaching activities; Secondly, I often communicate with them after class and finally get their strong support. After learning about our living conditions, some villagers sent vegetables, eggs and local specialties from time to time. Like students, I often go to students to learn about their study and the difficulties they encounter at school. Students also have their previous curiosity to adapt to our classroom. They often invite teachers to play with them after class, and they will receive many letters from students before leaving. This activity has made great progress in communicating with the masses, at least, it left a good impression on the masses. Fourth, complement each other's advantages and arrange courses reasonably. There are eight teachers in this activity, offering ten courses, including Putonghua and reading, English, science and nature, morality and society, geography, history, reading and writing, interesting mathematics, physical education and stories, which are divided into five classes. Of the 8 students, 4 are from liberal arts majors and 4 are from science majors. When arranging courses, according to the local teaching situation and local conditions, it aims to broaden students' horizons, and at the same time assign teachers to complement each other, so that students can get in touch with the most valuable knowledge to the maximum extent. Five, safety first, everything for the students. The smooth progress of activities needs security as a guarantee. Due to the summer vacation, students are somewhat lax in safety issues and need to make great efforts in this regard. First of all, write a letter to parents, telling them to educate their children to pay attention to safety during school, supervise their children to go to school on time and go home on time. Interaction management of teachers and parents in safety management. Secondly, the road captain responsibility system is implemented. Hold a meeting of road captains to inform them of the importance of safety issues. As highway captains, you should set an example. It is required to report the situation of the road team to the main person in charge after school every day, and solve the problems in time when found. Third, the class teacher emphasized in class. The head teacher emphasizes the importance of safety issues in class and instills safety rules. Finally, preach the safety of the assembly yard. Every day after school, as long as it doesn't rain, the whole school will gather after school to make way for the team to clean up. On the assembly field, the first thing to do is to emphasize safety and report the disciplinary action on that day. In addition, in the campus, we often patrol, find any security risks, and immediately eliminate or block them. There is a swimming pool on campus. At the beginning, many students often dipped in water in the pool. After seeing this phenomenon, we immediately dealt with it, persuaded and educated the students, and punished the disobedient students appropriately. Safety is the primary problem in teaching. Teachers should not only set an example, but also organize a large number of outsiders to jointly maintain it. In this teaching activity, we have formed the interaction management model of teachers, parents and students. By the end of the activity, there was no safety accident, which made a strong guarantee for the successful conclusion of the activity. Six, according to local conditions, clever use of local resources. The conditions in the school are extremely difficult. There is no experimental equipment, only a simple table tennis table and a sports equipment basketball court. In order to give students a lively classroom teaching atmosphere, teachers skillfully use local resources. For example, teachers of science and nature collect some plants and insects on the road every day and take them to school as classroom materials. This kind of teaching is unprecedented in local schools. The first experimental teaching class was opened, which stimulated students' interest in learning, gave them unlimited imagination, and cultivated their hands-on ability and observation ability. In other classes, teachers will appropriately add such links according to their own teaching plans, so that students can learn knowledge as vividly as possible. Seven, infinite love, help poor students. This should be a highlight of the event. First of all, we used a large number of children's books sponsored by the school and Beijing Ding Jing Culture, totaling more than 1 000 volumes, to form the "Ding Jing Love Bookstore", and together with the original 1 000 books of the school, we formed a small library. Although there are few books, they are of great significance. In this school, students never have any extra-curricular books to read except book knowledge. After the establishment of the library, it was immediately opened to students, attracting many students to read. Watching them eagerly absorb the knowledge from books, I feel that rural education needs more care and help. Secondly, love helps students. The team members live frugally and use frugal funds to help students with excellent academic performance and particularly difficult families go to school. It is understood that there are 28 poor students in our school. We selected five representative students from them and gave them financial aid, which 430 yuan will pay for the new semester. I often think that as long as everyone gives a little love, the world will become a beautiful world. There are many students who need help and a group of children who are eager for knowledge. Because of temporary poverty, they have an unlimited burden on their studies. They want to go to school with peace of mind, and they need the concern of all walks of life. Eight, down-to-earth, be my student demeanor. After facing many difficulties and setbacks, we clearly see that only by being down to earth can we tide over the difficulties, let alone come here to exercise ourselves. In the activities, when encountering difficulties, I think calmly, don't be impulsive, always maintain an arrogant and impetuous style of study, and always understand my identity, which is praised by local leaders and the masses. These are the positive aspects of our activities, but we also have many shortcomings. Because this is our first time, because we want to exercise ourselves, although the activity has been a complete success, there are still many shortcomings to be improved and studied. First, when overcoming difficulties, sometimes the situation is very difficult, and dealing with problems is somewhat decisive, resulting in security risks. For example, it should be dangerous to clear the way after a road collapse. Although we analyzed the situation, we felt that there were fewer safety problems. But from a security point of view, this is wrong and should not be taken risks. Secondly, because of the difficulty in communicating with the local people, and sometimes because they didn't hear what the people said clearly, they couldn't solve the problems they raised, which is also a shortcoming. Thirdly, due to the limited number of books, we can't give them more extra-curricular books to read, and we also feel guilty, hoping to attract the attention of all walks of life. The Youth League Committee stipulated that it is ok to accept gifts, but because some villagers sent us vegetables from far away, we had to accept his wishes and accepted them. We should not increase the burden on the masses in our activities. On the one hand, we thank the local people for their support; on the other hand, we condemn our actions. 5. The number of poor students in schools is relatively large. Due to limited financial ability, we can only give financial aid to five students. We really feel powerless and helpless. I hope more people will pay attention to rural education. Although we try our best to finish the task in the activity, due to the limited time, we can't give students more knowledge, and sometimes we can't meet the needs of every student, nor can we meet the requirements put forward by most students. We are very grateful to the students for their support, and we regret that our ability is limited. Seven, in emphasizing safety, the requirements for students are too strict. Although this is for their sake, it will inevitably cause psychological pressure to some students with weak psychological endurance, cause unnecessary harm to them and burden some students. Although it is not our intention now, we apologize for the burden brought by strictness. Eight, due to regional differences, it is inevitable that things will affect local customs. Although from the outside, it is purely normal, but for the local people, it is mixed with bad phenomena and disrupts their lives. We also apologize for failing to find and deal with it in time. More importantly, due to our limited knowledge and ability, there are many shortcomings in many places, and it is our greatest regret that we can't give you a satisfactory answer. In short, in this activity, the team members were based on reality, carried forward the spirit of hard struggle, and overcame difficulties to make the activity a complete success. This activity meets the requirements of college students' social practice, exercises themselves and increases their talents.
