The moral education base is a public institution directly under Dongguan Education Bureau, which undertakes moral education training and practice for primary and middle school students in Dongguan. The moral education base is located in Ping Ling, southwest of Nanchang, southeast of the intersection of Huancheng Road and Gelin Road. The moral education base offers survival emergency skills training courses, quality development courses, legal education courses, integrity training courses, military and political education courses, and popular science comprehensive practical activities courses.
