As an important part of socialist cultural construction, how to develop a clean government culture is an urgent problem worthy of every discipline inspection cadre's consideration. In recent years, the construction of clean government culture has been carried out in towns and villages to varying degrees, and achieved certain results among the people in rural party member, and gradually attracted the attention of the people in rural party member. As a secretary of the town discipline inspection commission who has been engaged in discipline inspection and supervision for many years, I want to talk about my views on strengthening the construction of a clean and honest culture at the grassroots level in rural areas. I. Construction of Clean Government Culture Since 2007, villages and towns have extensively carried out the "five advances" of clean government culture, which have attracted the attention of township party organizations, won the active participation and support of cadres and masses in party member, and achieved certain results, playing a positive role in promoting the development of rural culture, especially clean government culture. Through a series of publicity and education activities on clean government culture, people in party member generally realized the importance, necessity and urgency of building a clean government culture under the new situation. First, we realize that with the development of society, the progress of human beings, the culture needs to develop, the culture of clean government needs to develop more, and all cultures need to develop in a balanced way, which forces us to strengthen the construction of clean government culture. Second, it is recognized that with the increasing national policy of benefiting the people, the concept of party member cadres is changing year by year, and their understanding is gradually improving. The publicity atmosphere of clean government culture is strong. Every year, our town has to change a number of propaganda slogans of clean government culture, regularly change the publicity panels and newspapers of clean government culture in town organs, village activity rooms, schools and other units, encourage cadres and students to promote clean government culture in the form of creating clean government culture, and gradually form a strong atmosphere of advocating, learning and publicizing clean government culture in the town. 5. The town government has built a reading room and activity room in the town cultural station, set up a literary and art team and a yangko team, and regularly carried out literary and artistic activities to infiltrate the culture of clean government into various performances, so that cadres and the masses can carry forward the culture of clean government in a subtle way. Second, the existing problems Although the construction of a clean government culture has achieved some tangible results, there are still problems that cannot be ignored in practical work. Combined with the reality of our town, it is mainly manifested in the following aspects. 1, can't stick to regular activities. Our town makes an activity schedule every year, most of which can be completed on time, and there are always some activities that can't be completed on time. For example, this year's "1 July" celebration, due to the timing of the party member Congress to be held at the time of the change of the Party committee, the activities could not be carried out normally. Some activities are ready, but due to some temporary work, they have to be cancelled. 2. The quality of farmers needs to be improved. At present, farmers are busy farming during the day and need to rest at night, that is, they spend their time doing nothing. For those influential TV programs and cultural programs, due to the problems of farmers' quality and concept, they can only play the role of entertainment and fail to achieve the purpose of education. 3. The platform for building a clean government culture is not sound enough. The town has built a reading room, and the village has also built a clean and honest cultural activity room and a farmer's bookstore. After all, their radiation range is limited. It is impossible for people in mountainous areas to walk miles to attend an activity or borrow a book. The radio, film and television departments have provided a number of radio and television facilities for the people in mountainous areas, but when the people watch the programs, the ratings of clean government culture are not high. 4. Less investment. Every activity needs a lot of capital investment. Although there is an annual budget, it is far from meeting the needs of regular activities. Three. Any activity can not be carried out without the leadership of an organization, and the attention of the person in charge of the organization plays a decisive role. After all, their service scope and radius are limited, which can't meet the needs of mass cultural activities in mountainous areas. Appropriate platforms for anti-corruption cultural activities will be built in villages with large area and large population, and the scale of existing platforms for anti-corruption cultural activities will be expanded to improve the level and continuously meet the cultural life needs of the people. We will further innovate the form of activity platform, carry out activities such as broadband Internet access to farmers and full coverage of cable TV, and set up a column on the government portal website, so that the masses can enjoy the advanced clean government culture on the website anytime and anywhere and watch clean government culture programs on TV. Activity platforms play the role of ties and bridges, and the number and types of activity platforms determine the effectiveness of building a clean government culture. 6. Mass support is the direction. The effect of building a clean and honest culture is decided by the masses, whose support, cooperation and participation determine the direction of building a clean and honest culture. Organize some honest cultural activities that the masses love and accept easily, so as to achieve the purpose of receiving education in entertainment and embodying entertainment in education.
