Article 6 The State practices the system of supervision. The people's governments at or above the county level shall, according to the needs of educational supervision, provide full-time inspectors for educational supervision institutions. Educational supervision institutions may employ part-time inspectors according to the needs of educational supervision. The term of office of part-time inspectors is 3 years, with no more than 3 consecutive terms.
