A model of the plaintiff's final statement
Legal analysis: Dear presiding judge, judges and people's jurors:

Fall in love with the defendant for many years, and then get married and start a family. I dedicated my youth and my whole heart to this family and children. But I didn't expect that after marriage, the defendant had a bad temper and often punched and kicked me, causing great physical and mental harm. I put up with it for the sake of having a complete family for my children, but the most unbearable thing is that the defendant cheated. What I have paid for so many years is really such an unfortunate experience, which was caused by the defendant. I hope to get custody of my children, because my children have been close to me since childhood. The defendant has a bad temper, drinks all day, pays little attention to his children, and leads a disorderly life. If the children follow the defendant, they will not get a better family education at all, which will be adversely affected, which is not conducive to their growth. The defendant's domestic violence and extramarital affairs have caused serious physical and mental harm to me, and also left a shadow on my psychology. I think the defendant's behavior is unforgivable, so I still insist on the original claim: 1. Request that the plaintiff and the defendant divorce, the legitimate daughter Li Shan is raised by the plaintiff, and the defendant pays the maintenance fee of 1000 yuan per month; 2. Divide the joint property of husband and wife according to law; 3. Require the defendant to return the plaintiff's personal savings of 6,543,800 yuan before marriage; 4. Request to order the house to be owned by the plaintiff; 5. Request the defendant to compensate the plaintiff for mental damages of 65,438 yuan+0,000 yuan; 6. The litigation costs in this case shall be borne by the defendant. I have finished my final statement. I sincerely hope that the judges of Xixiangtang District Court will be loyal to the facts and the law and make a fair and just judgment on this case as soon as possible.
