Teacher evaluation system
The assessment of teachers is divided into usual assessment, annual assessment and employment period assessment. The assessment contents mainly include the performance of teachers' duties as stipulated in education laws and regulations, the performance of teachers' morality, the performance of post duties as stipulated by the school, the completion of work tasks and the professional development of teachers.

Peacetime assessment

The usual assessment focuses on the performance of teachers' morality, attendance and performance of post responsibilities, and the completion of daily tasks and stage work objectives.

Annual evaluation

The annual assessment is mainly based on the usual assessment. According to the characteristics of the school, it can be carried out by year or school year.

Employment period inspection

The employment period assessment is mainly based on the annual assessment, which is generally conducted within one month before the end of the employment period. If the term of employment assessment and annual assessment does not exceed half a year, they can be merged.

Principles of evaluation work

Adhere to the combination of self-evaluation and other evaluations, ordinary evaluation and periodic evaluation, basic evaluation and developmental evaluation, unified evaluation and difference evaluation, quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation, process evaluation and summative evaluation. Teachers should not be evaluated and rewarded mainly by the enrollment rate and test scores, and the evaluation level should not be determined solely by the number of votes in democratic evaluation.

Part-time evaluation of teachers

If the teacher holds a part-time job, the assessment content shall include the performance of the duties of the part-time post.
