People's governments at all levels guide family education and establish and improve the social cooperative education mechanism of family schools. The people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the work of women and children, and organize, coordinate, guide and urge the relevant departments to do a good job in family education.

On June 65438+1 October1this year, the first family education law in China, People's Republic of China (PRC) Family Education Promotion Law, was officially implemented, which marked the rise of family education from the traditional "family affairs" to "state affairs" in the new era.

The Family Education Promotion Law establishes the code of conduct of family education from a legal height, and also sets measures and targets for the guidance, support and service of the state and society to family education. It not only punishes "nurturing without teaching, supervising without caring" according to law, but also corrects "teaching without force, teaching without righteousness" according to law, establishes and improves the social cooperative education mechanism of home and school, and promotes the healthy growth of minors.
