Under the planned economy system, the enrollment, teaching organization and graduation distribution of schools are all determined by the national plan, and individual students and schools have become a small unit in the national education planning system. Therefore, the educational process of a school, just like the production process of an enterprise, only needs to consider the processing of people and send students as products to another unit of the planning system-the employer, which is a system without feedback. Under the market economy system, the supply and demand sides of the labor market are talents and employers, not schools and employers.
The graduates trained by any school as an educational institution cannot become the products of the school. Schools have no right to sell or give away students as their own products at any time.
At the same time, students at school are not the wealth of the school, and it is impossible to mortgage or discount semi-finished products. Among them, "service" products include tangible and customized products such as experimental samples and finished products provided by Industry-University-Research activities, intangible and customized services such as teaching environment, learning atmosphere, graduation design and thesis guidance, psychological consultation, employment guidance and technical services, and standardized services such as teacher preparation, attendance and homework correction in the professional and curriculum quality management system, such as textbooks, library cards, student ID cards and campus cards.
