At present, some schools that have passed the ISO9000 standard certification regard students as school products, employers as customers, educational services and scientific research services as school products, students as customers, and students as products and direct customers.

Under the planned economy system, the enrollment, teaching organization and graduation distribution of schools are all determined by the national plan, and individual students and schools have become a small unit in the national education planning system. Therefore, the educational process of a school, just like the production process of an enterprise, only needs to consider the processing of people and send students as products to another unit of the planning system-the employer, which is a system without feedback.
