There is a difference between training and learning. If we say traditional training, students are more passively "trained"; Learning requires students to take the initiative to learn. Second, the learning speed is different. Traditional training varies in time according to employees at different levels of the enterprise, but generally speaking, the time is relatively short and fixed. Action learning lasts for a long time and the time is not fixed. Although different action learning projects have different time arrangements and structures, the shortest usually takes two or three months, and some action learning projects may take one or even two years.
Third, the way of learning is different. Traditional training and learning are mostly carried out in a centralized way. Teachers say that listening is the most common practice, and students are more likely to learn by rote. Action learning is a four-in-one circular learning method through learning knowledge, sharing experience, creatively researching and solving problems and launching practical actions. Students are learning by doing and reflecting on learning.
Fourth, the learning effect is different. Different learning styles have a direct impact on the learning effect. The knowledge you see, hear and transform is extremely limited, and the learning effect is really effective and lasting only after you do it yourself! I am very excited in class, and staying still after class is a true portrayal of most students before and after training, and it is also the biggest headache for many business owners and HR. Action learning method solves this problem well. I only know that knowledge is not my own. Only by doing and realizing can knowledge be transformed into real ability!
Fifth, learning interests are different. Interest is related to the speed of students' learning effect, and interest can also greatly change students' learning effect and speed. Traditional learning methods will gradually make students lose interest in learning, which will lead to a decline in the effect of learning and naturally slow down the learning speed. Because I am not interested in it, I will not study hard, listen and watch, and even get distracted by other things, which will lead to neglect my studies. Action learning method can greatly improve students' interest in learning, make them sincerely willing to study and study hard, and then they can achieve something and really learn something.
