Liu Xiang (also known as Yuan Xun, whose name is Fu Cheng,1890 July1-19381October 20), Chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Government of the Republic of China (1934-1938).

Born in Dayi, Sichuan. 1909 (Xuantongyuan Year of Qing Dynasty) graduated from Sichuan Army Quick School and joined the Sichuan Army. After the founding of the Republic of China, Guan Ju was appointed Commander-in-Chief of Sichuan Army and Governor of Sichuan. 1922 was defeated by Xiong Kewu. During the Anti-Japanese War, he led the Sichuan Army to attack the anti-Japanese front line and served as the commander-in-chief of the seventh theater and the commander-in-chief of the twenty-third army. 1937 was hospitalized in Hankou, during which he conspired with Han Fuju against Chiang Kai-shek. The following year, Han was arrested, half shocked and half ill, and died.
