Many parents and students can't adapt to the social employment reform system for a while, so students are not interested in learning.

Second, the influence of social atmosphere is an important reason. For example, the influence of movies, TV and the Internet is very harmful to the healthy growth of teenagers, who are in the stage of physical and mental development. The prevalence of kung fu films and romance films, especially in Hong Kong and Taiwan, makes children blindly follow the trend and start falling in love or fighting at an early age. In addition, the Internet is the chief culprit in poisoning young children. Many children are obsessed with the internet, unable to extricate themselves, and completely ignore learning.

Third, the bad style of cultivating relationships and going through the back door is more serious, which leads to the instability of the teaching staff. Many teachers just want to work in places with superior conditions, such as county towns, and try their best to make connections and enter through the back door. They can leave on secondment only by some leaders greeting the leaders of grass-roots schools, and they don't need to adjust their writing, which makes it difficult to carry out the leadership work of grass-roots schools, so they have to ask substitute teachers to fill the vacancy. In view of the above situation, the author thinks that the teaching quality of rural primary and secondary schools can be improved from the following aspects.

First of all, schools should strengthen the management of daily teaching work. The factory relies on management to produce efficiency, the army relies on management to produce combat effectiveness, and the government relies on management to produce efficiency. Then, schools rely on management to produce results and demand quality from management. First of all, we should do a good job in the daily management of school teaching, focusing on preparation, teaching, assistance, research and examination, stressing practical results and preventing going through the motions. Leaders should go deep into the front line of teaching and take part-time courses, at least any one of which is a key subject, often listen to teachers' lessons, solve problems existing in teachers' teaching and eliminate bad phenomena in teaching. Under the leadership of the Academic Affairs Office, the teaching and research group should carry out rich teaching and research activities, organize teachers to attend open classes, observe classes and excellent classes, create a harmonious teaching and research atmosphere, and advocate only comparing, which is conducive to teachers pointing out the shortcomings of others with sincerity and absorbing the advantages of others with an open mind. Each teaching and research group should have its own research topic, not pursuing the depth of the research topic, but seeking to solve practical problems in teaching. We believe that if the teaching quality is improved, there will be no worries about retaining students, and the problem of "leaving school empty" will not be difficult to solve.

Second, many parents don't care about their children's academic performance. A very important reason is that our teachers lack communication with parents, and they don't hold a parent-teacher meeting once a semester or even a school year. But many rural parents' cultural quality is not high. No wonder they pay insufficient attention to their children's academic performance. Therefore, schools should organize teachers to hold parent-teacher conferences, build bridges between schools and families, discuss good educational strategies together, run parent schools well, and provide parents with good ways to educate their children.

Third, first of all, parents should understand the true meaning of education by holding parent schools. Entering colleges and universities is not the only goal of children's study. The real education is to let children develop morally, intellectually and physically, learn to learn from childhood, learn to be a man and learn to live. The purpose of studying now is to lay the foundation for lifelong study and life in the future and become useful people in society. Secondly, the relevant departments of culture, industry and commerce should cooperate with the education department, strengthen the governance of the surrounding environment of the school, rectify the market order and create a civilized and harmonious social environment for our next generation and the development plan of the country.
