Fumeng County, the full name of Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County, commonly known as Mengzhen, is a county under the jurisdiction of Fuxin City, Liaoning Province. It is located in the west of Liaoning Province and borders Zhangwu County, Heishan County and Xinmin in the east.
