1. The recruitment plan will be implemented after being audited by the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation. The examination paper will be provided by the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation, and the District Disabled Persons' Federation will be responsible for issuing recruitment brochures and organizing written examinations.

2. Under the organization of the district and town (street) Disabled Persons' Federation, the town (street) Disabled Persons' Federation shall be used as a unit for registration, interview, political examination, assessment, publicity, physical examination and employment, and all relevant departments shall cooperate closely.

3. The selection of liaison officers is carried out by combining written examination with interview. Persons with disabilities who hold the second-generation "People's Republic of China (PRC) Disabled Persons' Card" and have a college degree or above do not need to take a written test, but directly conduct an interview, and their interview results are final.

4. The test scores of liaison officers shall be kept for one year. If there are vacancies in liaison officers, they can be employed in turn according to the ranking order of comprehensive results.
