I. Substation management

At present, our station has initially formed a sustainable non-commissioned officer talent team structure, and various professionals can make up for each other in the case of combat attrition.

In view of the above situation, our station visited the resident town government, police station, village committee and other departments many times, held a liaison meeting between the military and the land, and finally decided to establish a joint defense and governance mechanism between the military and the land, and launched the activity of "the military and the land join hands to create a harmonious community and a safe military camp".

Give full play to the role of political work network and information network, drive substations to participate in political education through the network, organize substations to carry out large-scale education, carry out seasonal safety education in combination with seasonal characteristics, distribute educational materials for substations through the network, help substations to enrich educational content, realize interconnection between main stations and substations through the network, and develop communication platforms between main stations and substations to exchange educational experiences. The educational means and methods are flexible and diverse, and we can make full use of multimedia, political work network and other platforms to organize and carry out education.
