After participating in continuing education, professional and technical personnel will be converted into study time by the personnel management department of their unit according to the regulations on the basis of graduation certificates of training institutions, personal works, published articles, project appraisal reports, adult education diplomas and other relevant certificates, and registered on the personal continuing education certificate. The People's Social Security Bureau of each district, city and county and the competent departments of industry (including industry associations) are responsible for printing inspection, while the people's social security departments of districts, cities and counties without competent departments are responsible for printing inspection.
