Governments at all levels and their relevant departments and news media should strengthen the publicity of national territory awareness and enhance citizens' national territory awareness. Education administrative departments and schools should incorporate the education of national territory awareness into the teaching content of primary and secondary schools and strengthen patriotism education.

The sketch map of China should completely and accurately reflect the territorial scope of China, maintain the shape characteristics of the national boundary, correctly represent the important islands such as Taiwan Province Island, South China Sea Islands, Diaoyu Island, chiwei yu and the trend of the Sino-Indian boundary line, and shall not be arbitrarily deleted or covered with other graphics.

Internet map service units that collect and use personal location information shall obtain the consent of the person being collected, establish and improve the personal location information protection system, and take technical measures and other necessary measures to ensure the safety of the personal location information collected by them. If an Internet map service unit needs to collect and use the personal location information of the collected person, it shall publicly collect and use the rules, and shall not disclose, tamper with, sell or illegally provide the personal location information of the collected person to others.

Any unit or individual has the right to report map violations. The people's government or the relevant department that receives the report shall promptly investigate and deal with it according to law, and keep the informer confidential.

Uploading content marked on the map according to the relevant provisions of the state through the Internet shall be ordered by the competent department of surveying and mapping geographic information to make corrections, given a warning, and may be fined 65,438+10,000 yuan; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law. Internet map service units that use maps that have not been examined and approved according to law to provide services, or fail to check and proofread the new contents of Internet maps, shall be ordered by the competent department of surveying and mapping geographic information to make corrections, given a warning, and may be fined up to 200,000 yuan; Illegal income, confiscate the illegal income; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be ordered to suspend business for rectification, lower the level of qualification or revoke the qualification certificate of surveying and mapping; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
