Shandong Institute of Chemical Technicians is a public full-time chemical vocational college with the main goal of training technicians (preparatory technicians) and senior technicians, and also undertakes the task of training high-skilled talents for enterprise employees and teachers of various vocational education and training institutions.

Institutional nature

Shandong Institute of Chemical Technicians is a deputy department-level institution directly under the management of Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, which is fully funded by the provincial finance.

Campus location

The college has two campuses. The old campus is located in Lunan Chemical High-tech Park, the largest coal chemical base in Shandong Province, adjacent to Yankuang Lunan Chemical Fertilizer Plant, Guotai Chemical Co., Ltd. and other large chemical enterprises. The new campus is located in Tengzhou College East Road Cultural Education Zone.

Teaching steering Committee

At present, the college is the deputy director school of the Teaching Steering Committee of the National Chemical Senior Technical School, the head school of the Chemical Group of the Teaching Steering Committee, the deputy director school of the Technical Group of the Teaching Steering Committee, and the deputy director school of the East China Cooperation Group of the National Chemical Education Association.
