In class, I follow the student-centered principle and try to use various teaching methods, such as speech, group discussion, retelling and reciting. In addition, by guiding students' drama performance "Peacock Flying Southeast" with partners and holding a theme class meeting "My High School Life Design", the relationship with students has been greatly narrowed. During my study, I am strict with students and bold in management. Once a student is found to have violated discipline, it will be dealt with in time to prevent it from affecting the style of study of the whole class. If there are major problems that are difficult to deal with without authorization, I will ask the class teacher or the teacher on duty first, and then deal with them after receiving instructions, fully respecting the opinions of the original class teacher and teacher. During the internship, we completed the tasks assigned to us by the school. Below, I will be divided into three parts, outlining our achievements.
First, teaching practice
Teaching practice is the most important part in our practice. Our teaching practice is to teach students in class, correct homework, and reflect on and summarize the problems in the teaching process.
In strict accordance with the specific requirements of the school for practice teaching and some regulations of the school for practice teachers, we should ask for teachers' opinions (teachers' signatures) from the topics given by the teacher-consulting teaching plans (looking up materials)-preparing lessons-giving lectures. I can strictly follow the requirements of all aspects and hope to complete the teaching task while exercising myself. You can also cooperate with the original class teachers and arrange the teaching plan reasonably.
When preparing lessons, it is strictly required to achieve "four preparations": preparing teaching materials, preparing teaching methods, preparing students, preparing teaching AIDS, and analyzing specific problems. And teaching goals: emotional goals-positive, patriotic and trustworthy, frugal and simple, and ask every student to ask for himself as a qualified citizen; Knowledge goal-to inspire and guide students with classroom knowledge, so that they can accurately grasp the knowledge points of the course and some other contents involved, and be strict and specific; Ability goal-let students learn a typical article and let them have a good understanding and application of a certain style.
Of course, there are also many problems, such as inaccurate handling of some problems, insufficient grasp of some specific problems, and a slip of the tongue caused by nervousness. Of course, we also treat our mistakes with a very modest attitude, set ourselves a higher goal, take the motto of Normal University as our life criterion, and greet tomorrow with a good attitude.
In order to strengthen the academic exchange and teaching skill exchange with the teachers in the internship school, we interns held an open class in the internship school at the suggestion of the leading teachers, Mr. Ma and Mr. Wang. We select students with good lecture level from each class, and after careful investigation, we gradually select them. Finally, we decided that Wu Lijun, Liang Qing, Han Ruijuan and Ma Xiaolong would hold an open class on behalf of the trainee teachers. In the teaching process of open class, some students will be full of emotions in class; Some students prepare lessons with comprehensive knowledge points and thorough explanations; Some students are good at stimulating students' imagination and analytical ability, and the classroom atmosphere is active; Some students use some research topics to inspire students and get good teaching results. Especially when attending an open class, it happened that Dean Peng Jinshan and Director Ai came to our internship site. They made a detailed and thorough analysis of the class, pointed out the existing problems one by one, and put forward higher requirements for us future people teachers.
Through this internship, we have come into contact with the practical work of our major in social practice, enhanced our perceptual knowledge, cultivated the ability to analyze and solve problems independently by comprehensively applying the basic knowledge, theories and skills we have learned, closely linked the educational theory with practice, improved our practical ability, and laid a solid foundation for becoming a qualified people's teacher in the future.
Second, the class teacher internship
Class teacher's practice is that interns personally assist the former class teacher to do a good job in the daily management of the class and some specific affairs of the class activities, so that the daily activities of the class can be carried out smoothly.
During the internship school, as the assistant of the former class teacher, we took early self-study, eye exercises, recess exercises, hygiene, holding theme class meetings and other activities to observe the school rules and regulations with students' voluntary learning attitude. After understanding the students' overall situation and individual situation, we educate them through seminars, home visits and other forms to make them realize the importance and urgency of learning, especially for high school students who are not far from the college entrance examination. This topic mainly adopts research methods such as comparison, investigation and statistics, and experience summary. This internship made me feel a lot.
