What do you mean by student resources?
Student resources refer to the resources from students in classroom teaching, including students' existing knowledge, life experience, emotions and actions. These resources are generated through teacher-student interaction and are beneficial to teaching.

First, the experience of student resources.

The experience of students is the starting point of our education. Teachers can only combine the transfer of knowledge with students' experience and further internalize it. As an independent social person, students not only accept the teacher's words and deeds in the classroom and gain knowledge and experience from books, but also help themselves to gain a lot of knowledge, experience and wisdom through peer communication, life experience, news media and the Internet.

Second, the interest in student resources.

"Interest is the best teacher", students' interest is also an educational resource, and interest is the driving force of learning. To arouse students' learning enthusiasm, it is necessary to combine students' interests with education and teaching. Teachers should fully mobilize students' interests and encourage students to explore independently, so as to improve the teaching effect.

Third, the emotional nature of student resources.

Emotion is people's experience of objective reality attitude, which reflects the relationship between objective things and individual needs. Students' emotions are also educational resources, and good emotional communication is the basis of educational work. The process of education is a process of soul collision, emotional blending and echo between teachers and students. Only with the help of emotional activities and catalysis can the educated receive education happily and actively.

Pay attention to students' differences and inner enthusiasm;

1. Differences among students

Students show strong differences because of geography, nationality, gender, family background, intelligence level and life experience. This difference is an educational resource formed and developed in the process of learning and mastering the historical and cultural achievements of human society under the influence of students' special and specific education and living environment, and it is also the dynamic role of the subject.

Logically speaking, differences may lead to two situations: conflict and sharing. There may be conflicts between students because of differences, but if teachers are good at using these differences and actively guiding students, students can share differences and enrich and expand themselves in differences.

2. Students' inner enthusiasm

Students are the most important force in education. If we lose this power, education will lose its foundation. Under the traditional educational concept, educators position students as educational objects. However, students should not only be the object of education, but also be an important educational resource. Teachers should attach importance to students' existing experience, wisdom, knowledge, emotion and learning enthusiasm in education and teaching.
