What is the IEP course?
IEP: Individualized Education Plan (IEP) is also translated as "Individualized Education Plan". It refers to a written education agreement for students' individual needs jointly formulated by schools and parents. It should record the students' evaluation results, the educational placement, related services and teaching objectives that will be provided in the year. It can only be implemented with the consent of parents or guardians. We will also listen to students' opinions when making it. Personalized education plan is the carrier of implementing personalized education and an important guarantee to improve the quality of special education.

IEP originated in America. 1975, public law 94- 142 passed by the U.S. congress stipulates that all special children aged 3-2 1 year must make individualized education plans suitable for their needs, and must be evaluated and revised regularly. This bill clearly stipulates the main points of IEP compilation, and stipulates that every special child must be evaluated and taught through IEP. This thought has a far-reaching impact on the concept and practice of special education all over the world.

Public Law101-476 of1990 lists the contents of property right transfer service as a compulsory item of IEP, and requires schools to formulate personalized property right transfer plan (ITP). ITP must be made before 16 years old and revised once a year. In addition, if circumstances permit, the school can make ITP for students 14 years old, so as to ensure that every special student can get due help when changing careers.
