I. Main tasks
Through the way that county school teachers and managers teach in rural schools and rural schools send personnel to study in county schools, a relatively fixed counterpart support relationship is established between urban and rural schools in our county to support and help recipient schools improve their management level, education level and teaching level.

Teaching teachers help aided schools to train teachers through lectures, demonstration classes and special seminars, so as to improve classroom teaching level and educational and scientific research ability.

Teaching schools and teachers make suggestions for aided schools, cultivate students' good habits, cultivate students' interest in learning, comprehensively promote quality education and improve students' comprehensive quality by adopting education and teaching methods that rural students love.
Second, the form and object of teaching
1. Carry out teaching activities in the form of helping pairs, sending teachers to each other, and teaching in two batches a year (one semester for each batch). 2. The teaching target is the backbone teachers at or above the county level in county primary schools and junior high schools (specifically the subject leaders and backbone teachers in provinces, cities and counties) and the middle-level leaders who are mainly trained. Take the form of self-registration and school research decision to determine the candidates for regular classes, and submit the Registration Form for Regular Classes for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Huichang County (Annex 3) to the Personnel Unit of the County Education Bureau before July 10.

5.
