Students and graduate students in ordinary colleges and universities (excluding all kinds of staff universities, TV universities, amateur broadcasting universities and correspondence schools) who have no wage income and whose family residence is not in the same city as the colleges and universities go home or return to school at their own expense.
With the "discount discount card" student ID card stamped with the official seal of the institution or the written certificate of the primary school, you can buy a half-price hard seat ticket from the institution to the home or the station where the institution is located, four times a year. Children whose height is 1.2m to 1.5m can enjoy half the face price of train tickets. Students can enjoy four one-way half-price hard seat tickets, expedited tickets and air-conditioned tickets (hereinafter referred to as student tickets) between their families and colleges (internship sites) every year with their student ID cards stamped with the official seals of colleges and universities (with the written certificates of primary school students). 1. Children's tickets can enjoy discounts on passenger tickets, expedited tickets and air-conditioned tickets, and the fares of children's tickets are calculated according to 50% of the published fares of corresponding tickets and additional tickets. Free rides using the sleeper alone and children with children's tickets are charged with full-price sleeper fares, and air-conditioned ones are charged with half-price tickets. The seats for children's tickets are the same as those for adults, and the station should not be too far away from the adult tickets.
2. An adult passenger can carry a child under 1.2m for free. If there is more than one child whose height is less than 1.2m, one child is free, and other children buy children's tickets. If the child's height is 1.2 ~ 1.5 meters, please buy a child ticket; Please buy a full-price seat ticket if it exceeds 1.5 meters.

Children who walk with adults and are 1.2- 1.5m in height are entitled to half-price tickets, accelerated tickets and air-conditioned tickets (hereinafter referred to as children tickets). You should buy a full-price ticket if it exceeds 1.5 meters. Every adult passenger can bring a child whose height is less than1.2m free of charge. If there is more than one child, you should buy a child ticket for the excess. The seats of children's tickets should be the same as those of adult tickets, and their arrival should not be farther than that of adult tickets.
Children who ride for free should buy a full-price berth ticket when they use the berth alone, and a half-price ticket when there is air conditioning.
Article 20 Students and graduate students studying in ordinary colleges and universities, junior colleges (including private colleges with academic qualifications approved by the national education authorities), military academies, primary and secondary schools, secondary specialized schools and technical schools, whose family residence and school are not in the same city, can enjoy four one-way half-price hard seat tickets between their families and colleges (internship places) every year with the student ID card stamped with the official seal of the colleges and universities (primary school students can prove it in writing). EMU trains only sell second-class student tickets, which are 75% of the full-price tickets. Freshmen buy student tickets with the admission notice, and graduates buy them with the written certificate of the school.
Overseas Chinese students and students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan shall be handled in accordance with the above provisions.
When selling student tickets, you should choose short-distance trains or trains with few transfers for sale.
Student tickets cannot be sold under the following circumstances:
1. When the school is located with a parent;
2. When students drop out of school, resume school, transfer or drop out of school;
3. When students go back and forth between school and practice place.
