After the "cable failure" incident of Xi subway was exposed, the relevant departments of the State Council formed a joint investigation team to investigate and deal with it. Third, Shaanxi province revoked all the certification certificates and famous trademarks of illegal production enterprises involved in the case, and revoked the business license and industrial product production license.

Carry out special rectification of cable products nationwide, investigate and eliminate all kinds of safety hazards in the production process, and promote product quality improvement.

Draw profound lessons and further strengthen quality supervision in an all-round way with a highly responsible attitude towards the people. Severely crack down on counterfeiting and unfair competition, resolutely expel illegal enterprises from the market according to law, severely investigate and deal with inaction, chaos and unfair law enforcement, resolutely punish corruption, and "zero tolerance" for illegal acts that infringe on the interests of the masses. Improve the bidding and equipment and materials procurement system. Strengthen the main responsibility of enterprises and the responsibility of government supervision, strictly control all links and levels, and effectively ensure quality and safety.
