Application conditions

1, the person in charge has been qualified as a teacher and has been engaged in education for more than 5 years, or has a college degree or above and obtained a professional technical title of intermediate level or above for more than 2 years; 2, full-time teachers not less than 5 people; 3, the teaching area of not less than 300 square meters; 4. There are experimental and internship facilities and equipment to meet the needs of professional teaching; 5, the articles of association and management system of education and training institutions; 6, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the fire.

Article 10 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on the Promotion of Private Education, a social organization holding a private school has the status of a legal person. Individuals who run private schools should have political rights and full capacity for civil conduct. Private schools should be qualified as legal persons. Eighteenth private schools formally established after approval, the examination and approval authority issued a school license. The examination and approval authority shall explain the reasons for not approving the formal establishment.
