If cadres only accept criticism and education during the probation period and do not accept administrative sanctions, it will not affect employment. If criticism and education are accompanied by administrative sanctions, the probation period will be postponed. Ordinary cadres criticize and educate, not punish, and will not affect the evaluation first. However, if you are criticized because of teaching problems, it may affect the evaluation first, and it is not uncommon for other colleagues to make comments when evaluating. But this effect will not last long, and may only last for a short time.
