College of Continuing Education of Northwest Normal University (Vocational and Technical College) is a secondary college affiliated to Northwest Normal University approved by Gansu Provincial Education Commission and established on 1992. It is not only a school-running entity engaged in higher adult education, continuing education and vocational and technical education, but also a macro-management functional department of adult education, continuing education, vocational and technical education, on-the-job training and self-study exam counseling. The college consists of an office, a teaching department, a student office, a vocational training department, a self-study exam counseling center, a continuing education research institute (editorial department of Northwest Adult Education News) and a teaching material service center. There are 45 business managers in the college, including 8 with senior titles and 27 with intermediate titles.
