The Ministry of Education was established in June 2002. It consists of the original audio-visual education center and the teaching and research section of education discipline. After several years of construction, the Education Department has developed into a department with clear school-running concept and obvious professional characteristics.

The Department of Education is a department with both arts and sciences as well as equal emphasis on teaching and management. There are four majors: primary education, modern educational technology, psychological counseling and preschool education. The department consists of four teaching and research sections: educational psychology teaching and research section, elementary education teaching and research section, modern educational technology teaching and research section and communication technology teaching and research section. The department has four laboratories: TV recording and broadcasting laboratory, photography technology laboratory, educational technology basic media laboratory and courseware making laboratory. The school teaching auxiliary units affiliated to this department are: psychological consultation room, multimedia classroom management center, network management center and voice control room.

At present, there are 24 teachers, including professors 1 person, 7 associate professors, lecturers 165438 and 9 graduate students.
