(1) Identity condition

China citizens who have not reached the national statutory retirement age and meet one of the following conditions may apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers in our city:

2. Persons registered in other provinces and cities who apply for residence permits in Pingxiang City and are within the validity period;

3. Full-time undergraduate and junior college graduates from colleges and universities in our city and full-time graduate students studying in our city;

4. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who study, work and live in our city with valid certificates such as Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents, Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents to and from the Mainland and mainland travel permit for taiwan residents are valid for five years;

5 active servicemen and armed police stationed in Pingxiang city.

(2) Ideological and moral status

The applicant shall support the leadership of China, abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Teachers Law, and abide by teachers' professional ethics.

(3) Education

To apply for all kinds of teacher qualifications (see Article 4 of the Regulations on Teacher Qualifications for the classification of teacher qualifications), one should have the academic qualifications stipulated in the Teacher Law.

1. To apply for kindergarten teacher qualification, one should have a diploma from kindergarten normal school or other junior college or above;

2. To apply for the qualification of a primary school teacher, you should have graduated from a secondary normal school or other junior college education;

5. To apply for the qualification of practice instructor in secondary specialized schools, technical schools and vocational high schools, one should have a secondary vocational school or other junior college degree or above, and have the title of assistant engineer or above or the technical level of intermediate workers or above.

The qualifications mentioned above should be a series of national education qualifications recognized by the Ministry of Education. Holders of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan education and foreign education should provide degree certification issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

If the teacher qualification cannot be confirmed due to inaccurate information, the responsibility shall be borne by the applicant. After the online registration is completed, the applicant shall submit the corresponding application materials for review at the on-site confirmation stage according to the requirements of the teacher qualification accreditation body. All registration information shall be subject to the authentic materials provided by the online verification of the teacher qualification accreditation body and the on-site confirmation of the applicant, and the application can only be completed after being reviewed by the teacher qualification accreditation body.

3. The electronic photo uploaded by the applicant in the registration system should be my recent one-inch color photo with a white background and no hat (the upload format is JPG/JPEG, not exceeding 200K).

4. When the applicant registers online, he/she downloads a personal book on the homepage of China Teacher Qualification Network or the "Data Download" column of the online newspaper page, and prints it in A4 white paper.

I signed my name in block letters in the "people" column of my personal book, and then took photos and uploaded them. When uploading, make sure that the text in the picture is clear and upward. Personal books will be embedded in the applicant's teacher qualification application form in the form of pictures. Applicants who are inconsistent with the facts, resort to deceit and cheat teachers' qualifications shall be punished according to relevant state regulations.

(2) On-site confirmation

1. The applicant shall submit the application materials according to the requirements of the teacher qualification accreditation body. In the process of material review, the teacher qualification accreditation institution shall provide corresponding supplementary materials for the household registration (residence permit) that cannot be compared by China Teacher Qualification Network, or the academic certificate and Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate that have not passed the comparison verification. 2. The applicant's foreign education should be submitted to the certificate of foreign education issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education, and the certificate of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan education should be submitted to the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education.

3. Applicants need to submit two recent photos of one-inch bareheaded certificate with color white background (the same as the photos uploaded on the Internet, used as teacher qualification certificate and physical examination form).

4. To apply for the qualification category of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, in addition to providing the above information, it shall also provide the equivalent professional and technical post of assistant engineer or above or the technical grade certificate of intermediate and above workers.

5. If the applicant can't submit the materials when confirming on the spot, the teacher qualification accreditation institution must inform the missing materials at one time and fill them within a time limit. (3) Physical examination

Teachers' qualification accreditation institutions at all levels shall inform the applicant of the time and hospital of physical examination when confirming on the spot. (4) Identification and issuance of certificates

Teachers' qualification accreditation institutions at all levels should complete online accreditation before August 1 202 10, make accreditation conclusions, and export the printed data of certificates and application forms.
