This paper puts forward some concrete ideas and suggestions on the construction of educational resource management from five aspects: design steps and system guarantee.
With the development of the Internet, the network has penetrated into all fields of China's social and economic development and played an important role in promoting economic growth, social progress and improving people's quality of life. Especially for the rapid development of educational informatization, it has played a role in fueling the flames. The extensive establishment of network in all levels of education system provides a solid hardware foundation for teaching modernization. However, due to the lack of teaching information resources, the educational network established by many units is difficult to play its due role and benefit in teaching and scientific research, resulting in a large number of idle equipment and waste. Educational resource management plays an irreplaceable role in Internet resource management, and building a resource management that meets the actual needs of education and teaching is an important content of education system network construction. In the case that commercial resource management can't provide personalized educational resources, the construction of network resource management in education system is an important educational resource project. This paper tries to make some preliminary discussions on the classification content, technical requirements, design steps, construction scheme and system guarantee of network construction resource management in education system.
1 Classification of educational resource management and construction
According to China's Technical Specification for the Construction of Educational Resources, the construction of educational resources management can be divided into eight categories: media materials, test questions, courseware and network courseware, cases, documents, frequently asked questions, resource catalogue index and network courses.
Media materials, including text materials, graphic materials, audio materials, video materials and animation materials, are the basic material units for disseminating teaching information.
The question bank is a collection of some subject topics realized in the computer system, which follows certain educational measurement theory.
Courseware and network courseware can be divided into stand-alone courseware and network courseware according to the running platform. It is an educational software to realize the relatively complete teaching of one or several knowledge points.

2 requirements for the construction of educational resources management
Based on knowledge points, the material data organized according to certain retrieval and classification rules is called material library, which includes a collection of multidimensional information such as graphics, tables, words, sounds, animations and videos. The materials needed in teaching are sorted out from the CD-ROMs of online educational resource websites and material libraries, and collected directly into the material libraries. And through some software processing, the useful parts of ready-made teaching software, digital video and other CD-ROM materials are restored into reusable independent integrable pieces, which are collected in the material resource database.

Educational resource management should have the following functions: it can carry out convenient and fast information retrieval; Educators can add resources by themselves; Complete and scientific resources; You must have certain permission settings; The system maintenance is simple. Taking the proposed resource management of our company as an example, it mainly includes the following modules.

3) For students, they can query, browse, download and upload the resources in the information base at will.
4) For tourists, you can browse, query and upload resources.
Because the construction of resource management is a process of constantly improving the database structure and gradually increasing various resources, it is inevitable to maintain and modify the resource database frequently, so it is particularly important to choose the appropriate server platform and database system.
4 sources of educational resources management and construction
The educational resources in the construction of educational resources management mainly come from the Internet, various educational CDs, audio-visual materials and educational software.
