The main part of the undergraduate graduation file is the most important, and some schools do not mention the files before high school. It really doesn't matter if those are here or not. The important parts should be:
1. Organization files: regimental table and party table;
2, college entrance examination materials: college entrance examination registration form, volunteer book (now it is an electronic version, generally do not put files, but some units need, can be issued in the examination institute where the college entrance examination is held);
3. Undergraduate enrollment registration form;
4. Admission notice;
5. Postgraduate registration form with transcripts (there may be student registration forms and student registration forms);
6. degree registration form;
7. Employment notice (this list is white, and the other half torn from the big one is the registration card, which should be in your hand, blue or yellow);
8. scholarship registration form (it doesn't matter if you don't have this, no one cares except yourself). These are the main parts, and the others are annexes.
Where is the student status file after graduating from college?
The archives of college graduates have the following three destinations. Details are as follows:
1. After graduation, college students found a unit that accepted the hukou, and their files and hukou were transferred to their work units.
2. After graduating from college, I didn't find a unit to receive the hukou, and my hukou and files were left in the school.
3. College graduates put their files and accounts in the talent market exchange center.
How should graduates handle household registration files?
1. It is recommended that the files be stored in the talent market after graduation.
(1) If you don't find a unit (or take the postgraduate entrance examination) after graduation, you can go to the talent market where the school or unit is located to keep the files. Never abandon the files. The talent market is run by the personnel bureau. This is an official institution. This is a government department. It has the right to keep files and to apply for regularization and grading. At least there's security. However, it needs to be reminded that once you find a job, you should go through the recruitment procedures in time so that you can change jobs and grade in time to facilitate the formal transfer in the later period. If you don't find a job, remember that the collective account of the talent exchange center is a temporary account with a term of two years. If you can't continue to host for more than two years after graduation, it will become a "dead file." Be sure to take care of it. You can apply for calling back to your hometown yourself to avoid losing your files.
(2) If you are looking for a company after graduation, you can rest assured to register in the local talent market, and the registered talent market may receive personal files. We can calculate our length of service from the date of deposit in the talent market. Even if you develop in the field in the future, you can easily transfer to the talent market in the new employment place by sending a file transfer letter. This will not affect local work, nor will it affect the' promotion' of professional titles. You can continuously calculate the length of service and successfully complete the connection. It should be noted here that if the first unit you find has been working for less than one year and you can't go to the talent market for regular grading, you will lose your status as a cadre. Therefore, if we have to leave our jobs, we must wait until one year after our first job is completed, and we apply for a formal job and obtain the status of a cadre.
(3) If you find a company after graduation, and then resign and go to other places, there is another point to note: if the talent market in some places fails to pay the file storage fee within five years, the obligation of the talent market to keep files will be automatically lifted, the files will be sealed, and our files will become "dead files".
2. After graduating from college, files can also return to their original places voluntarily.
No matter whether you take part in the work or not, you can take the files back to the original personnel bureau or the talent market to save trouble in the future. After all, if you have something to do in the future, you can ask your parents for help. Put the files in the talent market in your hometown, and you won't have to worry about finding a job in other places in the future. On the one hand, you don't need documents for your work. Even if you find a state-owned enterprise and take an examination of civil servants, the unit can also send a letter to the talent market in your hometown to transfer files.
File target
The archives of college graduates usually go to three places:
1. After graduation, I found a company that accepted accounts, and my files and accounts were transferred to my work unit.
This is generally regarded as the most formal file flow, but according to statistics, this situation only accounts for about 10% of graduate files.
2. After graduation, I didn't find a unit to receive the hukou, and my hukou and files were left in the school.
After two years, the household registration will be returned to the original place, and the files will either stay at school or be transferred to the provincial archives bureau. What needs to be emphasized here is that due to the relevant national policies, graduates who cannot find employment units temporarily after graduation can keep their files for two years free of charge by the school. Many college students think that since the school keeps it for free, there is no need to go to a talent exchange institution for custody. This is a way to save money, but it is not.
This misunderstanding is that the difference between "student status file" and "personnel file" is unclear. What you keep at school is only your "student status file", not the "personnel file" that really works. For example, graduation, professional title evaluation and other related matters can only be carried out after the student status file is converted into a personnel file. The school's student status file is just "stored", which does not play any role, even can't pay social insurance, and can't be calculated as the length of service in the future, thus affecting the calculation of pension amount. In a sense, it is not worth the loss.
3. Put the files and registered permanent residence in the talent market exchange center.
First of all, we must make sure whether we have signed a tripartite agreement when we graduate. This is an agreement signed by students, schools and work units. If we sign, the remarks column of the registration card will not be blank. At this time, the file will be in the talent market where this unit is located. If we don't sign, the remarks column of the registration card will be empty. By default, students will call their hometown, undergraduates will call the provincial talent market, specialists will call the municipal talent market, and normal graduates will call the education authorities, usually in the Education Bureau. Graduates can contact the talent market by themselves and transfer the files to the past for safekeeping.
If college students didn't organize their files when they graduated, their personal files have disappeared in recent years. When searching, you can find the telephone number of the archives under the relevant management department according to the whereabouts of the above files, and tell the receptionist that you can generally find the graduation school and graduation year. In addition, with the relevant departments of the last school before joining the work, the personnel department of the original household registration; The first family unit, etc. These places are usually related to the whereabouts of personal files. Ask in these places.
