Second, teachers' morality comes first.

The exemplary role of teachers is very important. I want to improve my moral quality everywhere, influence every student with my manners, have a strong sense of responsibility, be patient enough, and treat students' concern comprehensively. Therefore, teachers should be kind and tolerant to every student, especially not to hurt students' self-esteem and personality. Educate students with love. Without love, there is no education. Loving students is a teacher's bounden duty.

Third, ability is the most important.

As a teacher, we should constantly improve our ability. Education is a process of transmitting knowledge, enlightening wisdom and enlightening life. As a teacher, only by striving to improve their literacy can they control their own classroom.
