Patriotism is always the pillar of the existence of a nation and a country, and it is also the minimum standard of being a man. This paper mainly selects articles about patriotic events and figures since China entered the modern society after 1840. Many of the authors of these chapters are great patriots themselves, and their career, morality and views are exemplary. The book also selects a small number of patriotic articles on ancient and modern Chinese and foreign themes to show that patriotism is highly respected by people at all times and in all countries.
