1. Teachers sentenced to probation for traffic accidents will not be expelled from the Education Bureau. First of all, traffic accidents are negligent crimes and do not violate the relevant contents stipulated in the Teachers Law. However, this is only stipulated by laws and regulations. Whether the school where the teacher works is willing to continue to perform the relevant contract depends on the attitude of the school and the teacher's personal performance ability.

(four) the announcement of probation has no significant adverse effects on the community where he lives.

Article 72 of the Criminal Law stipulates that a criminal sentenced to criminal detention or fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years may be suspended if he meets the following conditions at the same time, and suspended for people under the age of 18, pregnant women and people who have reached the age of 75:
