To implement the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China's instructions on the control of commercial bribery, we should put anti-corruption construction in a more prominent position and adhere to the policy of treating both the symptoms and root causes, comprehensive management, both punishment and prevention, and paying attention to prevention; In order to popularize the basic knowledge of law, promote the control of commercial bribery, carry out warning education and better prevent job-related crimes, the Supreme People's Procuratorate organized to shoot, edit and produce 20 episodes of the feature film "Warning Education Away from Commercial Bribery".

This film is based on typical cases of commercial bribery in six key areas investigated and handled by procuratorial organs in recent years. This paper expounds six charges of commercial bribery crime in the form of case statement, and reveals the characteristics, harm and warning significance of commercial bribery crime. The case is real and vivid, which is a living teaching material to prevent duty crimes, improve cadres' self-protection awareness and stay away from commercial bribery.
