On March 13, the supply and demand meeting of Jinan University's 2005 graduates was held in our school's Tianci Meiyu tennis court. Leaders such as Dong and Deputy Director of the Student Office of Shandong Provincial Education Department, Director Liu Yuangang of Jinan Education Bureau, and comrades such as the president and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of our school visited the site.

There are more than 80 units 100 from inside and outside the province who come to our school to attend the supply-demand meeting, including more than 80 educational units in Jinan Education System, and more than 5000 national informal units100 such as China Haihui Group, Shanghai Fulei Equipment Installation Co., Ltd., China Building Materials Construction Suzhou Installation Engineering Company and Everbright Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. These units provide more than 5000 jobs, involving more than 60 professional graduates of our school. The fair is very lively. According to incomplete statistics, more than 10,000 job seekers have come to the scene to apply for jobs in the past day. According to the person in charge of the employment guidance center of our school, the employment of graduates of our school is progressing smoothly. But on the whole, the demand of employers still can't keep up with the growth of graduates, the employment pressure still exists, and the employment situation is still very grim. The majority of graduates should form a pragmatic concept of employment, avoid aiming too high, give themselves a correct position, start from the grassroots, constantly enrich and improve themselves and meet challenges.

Our school is very concerned about the growth and employment of students. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of enrollment, the number of employed people has increased significantly, and the employment situation has become more and more severe. Graduate management departments at all levels in our school actively carry out employment consultation and guidance to help students establish a correct concept of employment and achieve maximum employment for graduates.
