Measures for the administration of on-the-job degree education for national civil servants

Article 1 These Measures are formulated with reference to the Interim Measures for the Administration of On-the-job Academic Education of Civil Servants of the Ministry of Water Resources and in combination with the actual situation of our Commission in order to standardize the management of on-the-job academic education of our Commission, encourage employees to study hard, improve the quality of the team and promote the development of their careers.

Article 2 The academic degree education of the staff of the Pearl River Committee includes in-service graduate students (including two bachelor's degrees), master's students and doctoral students recognized by the state.

Article 3 To participate in on-the-job academic qualifications or degree education, the staff of the Committee shall meet the following basic conditions:

Having worked in the CSRC for more than two years (excluding probation period or probation period), and the assessment result is competent or above;

Choose a major corresponding to or related to the job, reflecting the principle of consistency between study and application;

Give priority to with amateur study, in principle, shall not take up working hours.

Article 4 To participate in on-the-job academic degree education, an application shall be made by combining individual application with organizational recommendation according to the needs of the work without affecting the work. The specific procedures are as follows:

Individuals fill in the application form for academic education of employees of the Pearl River Committee; Attached is the enrollment brochure of the reported institution.

. The office and the main leaders of the office signed opinions.

. Personnel, labor and education departments for examination and approval. Among them, the main person in charge of each place and room participated in the study, and the personnel, labor and education department reported to the Committee in charge of the leadership for approval; Committee leaders to participate in the study, approved by the Committee director.

Fifth approved to participate in the study of personnel tuition reimbursement by the unit%, personal burden%; Registration fees, miscellaneous fees, review and guidance fees, round-trip travel expenses and all other expenses arising from participating in the study shall be borne by me.

Article 6 Tuition fees (including reimbursement by the company) shall be paid in advance by myself. After the expiration of the study period, when obtaining a nationally recognized academic degree or degree, you should go to the People's Education Office with relevant certificates and invoices to sign an opinion, sign an agreement on the length of service after graduation, and report it. If I fail to obtain the required academic qualifications or degrees during my study, the extension shall not exceed the time, and the corresponding tuition fees will not be reimbursed after the expiration, and all expenses incurred during the extension shall be borne by me.

Seventh in any of the following circumstances, tuition fees:

Without the consent of the person in charge of the office and the approval of the people's education department, he signed up for the study;

. Because of participating in the research, the work is seriously affected, and the warning is invalid;

During my study, I was punished for violating regulations, disciplines and laws.

Eighth in-service academic degree education funds into the "cadre training fees" budget, by the personnel, labor and education departments according to the academic education and training budget, funds by the people's education department management.

Article 9 Participants in on-the-job degree education should work actively and study hard to make more contributions to the development of water conservancy. After graduation, due to work needs, in addition to organizational arrangements, you must work in this unit. If I am transferred before the stipulated service period, I must refund all tuition fees reimbursed by my company.

Article 10 The Department of Personnel, Labor and Education shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Measures.
