I used to think that psychology is a profound knowledge, and I always thought it was amazing: it is amazing that students can tell what they are thinking with one eye from what they say and do (whether it is true or not, all kinds of TV and articles are so publicized anyway). But when I get in touch with myself, I always feel that psychological research is not my field. Think deeply about why this happened and recall your feelings when you were studying. Although the materials presented in the class are interesting and convincing, they cannot clearly guide the related daily teaching practice. To put it simply, the psychology I studied at that time always stayed in theory, or the theory didn't come, but it was amazing and interesting. It didn't seem to be shown to us in real life, and it always felt so far away and unattainable.
After listening to teacher Zhong Zhinong's lecture on mental health education last week, the biggest feeling is that mental health education is not profound, and it is all around us. We should calm down, think more and reflect more. This is research. I found that my previous knowledge of psychological education was really lacking. I should read more books on psychological education, so I don't have to worry about some problems in the future.
Suhomlinski said: "Teachers are the most subtle contact between people's hearts, and schools are the places where people's hearts touch each other." Teachers' love for students and sincere communication with students can arouse students' inner oscillation and resonance. This kind of love is an energy. When students are exposed to it, their feelings will change magically, turning all kinds of education into beautiful melodies and notes and playing people's symphonies. This is understood from the teacher's point of view. From another point of view, teachers' love for students requires teachers to have a thorough understanding of students' psychology, and even more requires teachers to use psychological theories and methods to effectively improve students' mental health until they perfect their personality and develop their abilities.
As a class teacher, we should not only teach children knowledge, but also cultivate their habits in all aspects. More importantly, we should care for and love children, and let them develop in an all-round and healthy way. To cultivate students' excellent personality, good character formation and excellent classes, teachers need to fully understand students' temperament and personality characteristics. Only in this way can we carry out targeted education and realize the optimization of education.
As we all know, mistakes are inevitable when children grow up. But how to help children who have made mistakes is very knowledgeable. Even criticism should be based on knowing how to treat students well and respect their personality, so that they can understand things clearly, distinguish right from wrong and increase their knowledge in criticism and education, and they must never simply and rudely reprimand, beat and scold or punish them, or make stupid things that are "counterproductive" or "counterproductive". Instead, we should discover and protect students' enthusiasm, guide them appropriately, and let their bright spots develop. I deeply feel that children with different temperament types and personalities should be educated in different ways. For some children, if you talk to him in a rude voice, it is easier to provoke him and cause confrontation between teachers and students. But communicating with him calmly and softly, like a breeze and drizzle, has achieved good educational results.
Educational psychology, it seems that we really need to learn more!
