Luoyang Normal University is a provincial ordinary undergraduate college, located in Luoyang, the starting point of the Millennium Imperial Capital, Peony Flower City and Silk Road. The school is located on the Yishui River, under the Wanan Mountain, the birthplace of Imperial College in the Eastern Han Dynasty. Looking south at Ercheng's hometown, it tells the story of snow falling at Chengmen and Lu Taiwang's road.
