Continuing education is divided into compulsory courses and elective courses, and each course lasts 60 hours during the registration period. After continuing education reaches the qualified standard, a certificate of continuing education will be issued. The specific requirements of continuing education shall be formulated separately by the construction administrative department of the State Council in conjunction with the relevant departments of the State Council.
According to the regulations on the management of the second-level construction engineer, the registration certificate and the practicing seal are valid for 3 years. It is enough to take the exam and pass it within 3 years of continuing education. The general administrative department of construction is held once a year, and the local administrative department of construction (currently under construction) can be notified in official website.
If it is necessary to continue practicing after the expiration of registration, it shall apply for renewal of registration in accordance with the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 30 days before the expiration of registration. The renewal of registration is valid for 3 years.
